Service fees are confirmed in writing prior to commencement. Prices stated on this website are indicative and may vary based on the specific details of your matter.
5. Fees and Payment
Fee arrangements are agreed in writing at the time of engagement. Unless otherwise specified in your engagement agreement:
- Fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Payment terms are outlined in the engagement letter provided to you
- Disbursements, court fees, and third-party costs are billed separately
- Fees paid for completed work are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality, in accordance with professional obligations under Thai law and the standards of the Lawyers Council of Thailand. Information you share with us will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or court order, or where necessary to carry out the legal services you have engaged us for.
7. Termination of Engagement
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice. Upon termination:
- You remain responsible for fees in respect of work completed up to the date of termination
- We will provide you with any documents or materials that belong to you in a timely manner
- We may retain copies of correspondence and work product for our own records
We reserve the right to withdraw from an engagement where continuing would create a conflict of interest, a breach of professional obligations, or where instructions cannot reasonably be carried out.
